We’ve all been there. You’re going to a bachelor or bachelorette party where you’ll be spending plenty of time in the sun in outfits that show pretty high percentage of your body. Sometimes we’ve got just a few pounds to go to lose that love handle. A Competish with the attendees could be a great way you and your friends to get in shape and be proud of your bodies!


You’re getting ready for the most important day of your life and you need to fit into that dress or tux just one more time and you’ve only got a few weeks to go. Use Competish to get motivated and hold yourself accountable for the weight you need to lose. Protip: get everyone in your bridal party to join you to ensure they’re all looking their very best.

After the Holidays

We can gain over 5 pounds after Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any one of a bunch of different holidays where we are eating, drinking, and being merry.
